ring worm? Could it be?

This WAS a mosquito bite a week and a half ago and when we woke up this morning this is what it looked like. We are headed to the pediatrician this morning. Poor girl. The only place I can think of that she could have gotten this is a sandbox.......oh the joys of parenthood! I will update as soon as I know.
