The party is over, but I will continue to celebrate. On Thursday we had Nana and Papa over ( Joe's parents) for cupcakes and ice cream. It was a very nice, laid back evening at home. When it came time for Veda to join the cake smash club, she was not interested. I guess she doesn't like cake! Is that even possible? What kind of girl doesn't like cake? To the bath tub and on to presents after that. She was much more interested in wrapping paper than the actual gift. Go figure.
Today we celebrated with the rest of the family. Veda dressed in her birthday attire.
She was the princess for the day. We had a lot of cancellations due to the 8+ inches of snow that we received last night so we had lots of cake to eat! All in all it was a great day!

That's funny she's not into cake so much. Awe well, maybe it was the frosting - too sweet maybe?
